Beautiful property and amazing host. Everything we could have wanted for large family break.
Quiet, relaxing village location but between the pool, games room, piano, large lounge and dining areas, plenty to keep everyone occupied. And the enclosed garden and large lawn area was great for the dogs.

Fantastic host, answering all questions and requests.
Great venue for something a bit different and enough space for all the family to get together.
Definitely gives your legs a workout climbing the stairs but worth it for the viewing at the top.

We had a wonderful Christmas in Sandra’s exquisite home. Plenty of space for our family of 12 and dogs. We wanted for nothing from the moment we arrived. The Windmill was beautifully decorated for Christmas and thank you to Sandra for putting us in touch with Avril who catered for us on Christmas Eve (Chef 2 Dine 4). Our three course meal was fantastic.

We had a lovely weekend at The Old Mill celebrating our friend’s hen do. Weather was incredible and we took full advantage of the pool. Lovely big bedrooms, brilliant spaces to spend time together (eg kitchen and dining room). Thanks so much!

A beautifully renovated windmill with all the old workings on display. It was perfect for our annual large family get-together with people of all ages. Weather was great, and the pool really came into its own. Lots to do – walking, cycling, cricket, petanque, trampoline, table-tennis and a bbq. And quirky bedrooms to boot!

A really wonderful break in a very special place. The windmill is well equipped with everything a large party of guests could need. We were fortunate to have organised private dining with Sandra and I would highly recommend it, fabulous food and great service. We would love to go again in summer to make use of the pool!

The windmill really is a destination location. 14 of us filled this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute of it.
Our favourite was dinner for 14 people at the dining table in the mill. Fantastic ambience.
Could only hope to be back again soon.

The Old Mill is a unique and special stay. We managed to keep 4 kids aged 2-12 entertained over our stay making use of every part of the house. Great communal spaces that don’t feel cramped and comfortable beds. The heated pool was the highlight with lots of lovely outdoor seating. Thanks again to the the very attentive host Sandra!

superb holiday home, felt homely and you can see how much hard work went into making it special, worth every penny and all guest said how amazing it was especially for a 50th birthday, would recommend to anyone and Sandra is beyond accommodating, quick to answer and always on the end of an email, thank you so much
