Sandra is a really helpful host who was quick to respond to all of our queries. The Mill itself is so unique and the ability to sleep in the Mill section is really cool. The place is done up to a great standard with lots of room to relax in small or large groups. They have also done a great job at providing entertainment – pool, table tennis, foosball, board games and a wii are all provided 🙂

Beautiful property and amazing host. Everything we could have wanted for large family break. Quiet, relaxing village location but between the pool, games room, piano, large lounge and dining areas, plenty to keep everyone occupied. And the enclosed garden and large lawn area was great for the dogs.

A really wonderful break in a very special place. The windmill is well equipped with everything a large party of guests could need. We were fortunate to have organised private dining with Sandra and I would highly recommend it, fabulous food and great service. We would love to go again in summer to make use of the pool!

Unique place for a family holiday, the heated pool was loved by young and old. Barbecue, trampoline and games room were well used, great to have so many facilities on site. The house is very well equipped and babies and young children catered for.

Beautiful place for a large family or group to getaway to enjoy the peaceful setting around the history of a windmill or enjoy a BBQ swimming. and games room some thing for everyone what ever the age! .

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at the Windmill! The downstairs living space with its giant kitchen, and really comfy living rooms where the kids and adults can be separate if they wish are really great, there is just so much space! The upstairs bedrooms in the extended part of the house are all so cosy and the master is very grand.

I couldn’t recommended the windmill enough if your looking for a UK getaway. It’s an amazing property that’s very spacious and clean. Sandra the owner was very helpful with everything and was always available if needed at the other end of the phone.

What an amazing place to spend my 60th birthday with family and friends! The unique and quirky windmill looked after us beautifully, the beds were so comfy we all slept well, and the kitchen had just everything we needed! The view from the windmill is just spectacular. Sandra and Gary are brilliant hosts! It was a week we will never forget!

The Old Mill is a unique and special stay. We managed to keep 4 kids aged 2-12 entertained over our stay making use of every part of the house. Great communal spaces that don’t feel cramped and comfortable beds. The heated pool was the highlight with lots of lovely outdoor seating. Thanks again to the the very attentive host Sandra!

The Old Mill is fantastic, lots to look at in the Mill. It didn’t matter that the weather wasn’t ‘all that’ as we amused ourselves in the heated pool. Kitchen area is large enough to accommodate chefs and diners, also a social area. The accommodation itself has many corners to find quiet alcoves for those who want to chill. Loved it.
