A beautifully renovated windmill with all the old workings on display. It was perfect for our annual large family get-together with people of all ages. Weather was great, and the pool really came into its own. Lots to do – walking, cycling, cricket, petanque, trampoline, table-tennis and a bbq. And quirky bedrooms to boot!

A stunning place with real ‘WOW’ factor. You will be praised and thanked for finding this place! Even better than it looks in the pics! Fantastic for a group get together. Lots of space and all warm and comfortable. Superb dining room for a formal dinner plus extra space to eat informally. Great showers, comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. It will be hard to beat….

The Old Mill worked perfectly for our three generation family holiday. Owners Sandra and Gary were super from the initial booking through to the holiday itself. The large kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor seating and dining areas just great. The outdoor pool and facilities were appreciated by everyone and the large garden area provided ample scope for family games.

We had a delightful few days with family & friends in this sublime property. The accommodation was clean & well kept. Well stocked with games both traditional & computer keeping everyone occupied. The weather was perfect allowing us to take full advantage of the swimming pool. Definitely somewhere I would return to.

Beautiful place for a large family or group to getaway to enjoy the peaceful setting around the history of a windmill or enjoy a BBQ swimming. and games room some thing for everyone what ever the age! .

We had a wonderful Christmas in Sandra’s exquisite home. Plenty of space for our family of 12 and dogs. We wanted for nothing from the moment we arrived. The Windmill was beautifully decorated for Christmas and thank you to Sandra for putting us in touch with Avril who catered for us on Christmas Eve (Chef 2 Dine 4). Our three course meal was fantastic.

superb holiday home, felt homely and you can see how much hard work went into making it special, worth every penny and all guest said how amazing it was especially for a 50th birthday, would recommend to anyone and Sandra is beyond accommodating, quick to answer and always on the end of an email, thank you so much

Great house and location for a large group to stay! We made very good use of the lounge fire on a very rainy day, the games room was always being used and socialised in the big kitchen diner almost all evening. Lovely hosts! If the weather was better we would have loved to of made use of the pool.

Ideal location for a big family or group getaway. If you’re looking for something unique, sleeping in a windmill definitely checks that box. We enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen and the BBQ outside, will definitely love to return here again.

A charming building and lovely location with beautiful views from the top of the tower. Sandra and Gary were so helpful in accommodating our large family. Would recommend for a different holiday experience.
